Ordering Custom Wear

  • Items are priced on a case by case basis.
  • This includes custom sizes of standard items.
  • These items typically cost more than our standard items.
  • You talk directly to our designer and make an agreement on design, fabrics, fit, and price.
  • Polerform will not copy or re-create another designer’s/company’s pieces. While we welcome pictures of pieces that inspire your desired look, trying to re-create that look exactly generally leaves a customer disappointed and we feel it is dishonest and rude to the original designer (and quite possible illegal).
  • Communication is vital! The designer will send you frequent updates about your pieces. If you spot a problem, tell the designer ASAP. If the designer sends you a question please respond quickly as some issues may hold up work on your pieces.
  • Items with a “due date” of less than a month from order date are considered rush items.
  • Payments and returns
    100% of the cost plus shipping is due when placing the order.
    Payment methods include: Paypal invoice, cash, or credit/debit cards.
    No returns are accepted on custom items. We will make repairs on any faulty items.
  • Shipping/Delivery
    Items will typically be shipped 2-6 weeks after ordered.
    Occasionally fabrics are temporarily out of stock. If that happens Polerform will contact you to ask if you’d rather wait for the fabric to come back in stock or order a different fabric.
    Rush orders are available for an additional fee (typically $20-30 per order).
